Para Management LLC  - was founded by Mr. Shiva Ramberran, formerly of Morgan Stanley and co-founder and shareholder of a number of Financial Services Companies.  Mr. Ramberran has over 12 years of experience in the Financial industry, focusing primarily on Governments and large Institutions.  During the past two years, Mr. Ramberran has closed over $300 million in transactions, along with another $400 million currently being negotiated.  In forming Para Management LLC, Mr. Ramberran hopes to continue to expand the global reach of Para Management in collaboration with it's partner Ryan ALM, beginning with Latin America and the Caribbean.
